Delivery of Goods
We aim to dispatch goods within 2-3 working days for non-personalised products and 5-7 working days for personalised products during the working week. You will receive a FREE delivery on all orders over £74.99 within the UK, excluding Highlands & Islands.
Orders placed at the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day and will be dispatched based on the dispatch times listed above.
Majority of our products will be posted using DHL or Royal Mail, occasionally we will use other carriers. We cannot guarantee a specific time for the delivery of your parcel, home deliveries can start as early as 7am and be delivered as late as 7pm between Monday and Friday.

Standard deliveries with DHL should arrive within 2 working days of dispatch, but could take up to 7 days.
At checkout there is an option to write any special instructions that might aid your parcel delivery. At your own risk you can nominate a safe place for a parcel to be left in case you are not at home.

Where a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier we will provide you with the tracking details to help you track your order.

Our goods are carefully packaged using the highest quality packing material to ensure safety and protection of each of the handmade products purchased.

Each product is carefully packed in tissue paper and then covered with bubble wrap and protected with additional packaging where necessary.
